I just found this post. I believe at this moment Chicago is staring directly at an inflection point in its history and possible future. The success of many of our tech start-ups combined with the light Groupon has brought to our city gives us an opportunity to officially come together as an industry. There hasn't been enough open discussion and mutual collaboration of companies and founders combined with a less-than-supportive press not willing to support the tech community.

It's about creating the right culture and attracting the right talent. We are staring at our opportunity. There is a window open but it will close if we don't leverage the moment. Together.
